Questioning the logic behind stopping the farmers from entering inside the reserve forest and allowing stone quarry operators, Naam Tamilar Katchi chief coordinator Seeman assured that his party, if elected, would bring in justice to the farmers here on Sunday.
Speaking at an election meeting in Andipatti Assembly constituency in support of NTK candidate Gomathi, he said that the farmers and tribals who lived in the vicinity of forest lands, were not allowed. The forest department booked cases against the farmers on charges of trespass.
